Motion: amend the fox hunt rules to start from Garner park instead of Red Cross parking lot, for reasons of higher altitude and more open area. Motion made by KE6CBR and seconded by KA9SRM. Motion passed.

Repeater news:
W9HSY 146.7600 running at reduced power. Others running as usual.

Big project:
ARRL radios in schools project is ongoing in Mount Horeb, contact person WA9SE.

VE report:
August, September and the class 10 Technician 7 Generals 2 extra.

Wisconsin QSO Party
A reminder to not forget and prepare for the Wisconsin QSO Party later on.

Due to the remote location of the usual Field Day site, some discussion as to a more visual site was made. Suggestions included Capitol square and the front lawn of the new Farm and Fleet store in Verona.
