Treasurers Report - $5205, 103 members.
Guests - Sandy KC9LZW, Mike W9MNC, and Liz KC9QMO.
Awards - Jim Patch WA9LJK worked all states on 40m RTTY.
VE Report - 11 new hams got their tech license. A tech class will be held February 13th and 14th, pre-registration is required. A General class will be held in May.
Fox Hunt - A monthly fox hunt is being held by Thomas Baden KE6CBR on the third Saturday of each month. The September hunt had 3 teams participating, and all teams were able to find the transmitter on the Ice Age Trail. The October hunt had 1 team participate, and found the transmitter at The Hookah Lounge. A concerned citizen called 911 regarding a "suspicious package", which turned out to be the transmitter.
Repeater News - A listing of local repeaters will be added to the FLARC web site.
Old business - Sam, Paulette, Fredrick, John, and Gary removed the FLARC antenna, tuner, and radio equipment from the Red Cross.
New business - Appleton Ham Fest will be at the Wave Ball Room on November 1st, 2 free tickets are available.
New info net operators are being requested.
The FLARC Holiday Party will be December 1st at the Capital Brewery. RSVP Fredrick if you plan to attend.
