Meeting was called to order by Sam KG9NG.

Treasures report: $4489.87, 85 members.

We have four new members present Euphrase Amessoudji KC9OBX, Joe Warnemuende KC9OOG, Michael Guzy KC9OOH, Steve Paling KC9NBK.

Guest was Brian K9LOV.

Repeater news - 146.76 is up and running, and is a good frequency to be monitoring. MARA is also still up and running.

VE Report - 3 techs and 2 generals.

Nets - Info Net considering having a news line, ARES Net is looking for additional net control operators, Weather Net running even better than usual with the shift in daylight savings with 85 check ins.

The General class has been moved from May 30th and 31st to June 6th and 7th to resolve a conflict with the Tour de Cure event.

Steve looked into using Garner Park, due to logistics involved in using a Madison park overnight we will continue to use the usual location.

Don presented the 2008 budget and the proposed 2009 budget.

A motion was made by the executive committee and agreed upon by all members present to make the holiday party free for all currently paid FLARC members.

Holiday party December 2nd at 6:00 pm.

Some discussion was made about MARA and possibly FLARC having tables at the AES Superfest.

A request was made to provide a direct link to the Feedline in the email notification of it being published.

There was discussion about having a FLARC auction to provide income for FLARC.
