Meeting was called to order by Sam KG9NG.
Treasures Report - $4204.57 and 92 members
DX Report - HF bands not doing well, 6M was open for a little while.
CQ160 contest is coming up this weekend.
Repeater news - All working but don't set you clocks by them. Hang time reduced to 0 on the BARS repeater.
Motion was made by Jim W9GL to approve the budget, and seconded by Gary Muskat KA9SRM.
Budget was approved by all members present.
Buck Night - KC9AJN, AD9X, KE6CBR, KF9AQ, KC9NTT (winner)
Elections - In addition to last month's nomination, Frederick Baguhn W9GOC was nominated for treasurer, and Don W9IXG withdrew from the position.
Motions were made and passed to cast unanimous ballots for president, treasurer, and secretary/webmaster. As a result, Sam Rowe KG9NG was elected president, Frederick Baguhn W9GOC was elected treasurer, and Joe Lynch W9YHF was elected secretary/webmaster.
John Steffl was elected for the Vice President position. Gary Muskat KA9SRM, Dan Grim AB9LQ, and Thomas Baden KE6CBR were elected to the board of directors.
Ed, N9MW presented his home built amplifier, 40db sampler, and a peek reading watt meter.
Barry, K8SD presented his home built attenuator, which will be built as a kit coming up here at Space Place.
Ted Gisske, K9IMM presented his home built automatic noise figure meter.
Sam KG9NG presented a SignaLink USB device, and a 1965 license manual.
Dan Grim AB9LQ presented his Yaesu 8900R mobile VHF/UHF radio.
Kathy KB9UAZ talked about the importance of ham volunteers for bike tours.
