Meeting called to order by Sam KG9NG.

Treasurer's report - $4628.80 and 94 members.

An award was presented to John Steffl for winning the QLF contest for the second time.

Guests - Ray KC9JBM, and Carl Samson who is studying for his license.

DX report - K5D, a small island off the coast of Puerto Rico has been on HF.

No repeater news.

VE Report - 7 techs, 3 general, 1 extra, including a seven year old who upgraded to General.

Field Day - Sign ups are still needed for all bands except 15m phone. Field day is June 27th and 28th at Badger Prairie Park in Verona.

Old business - FLARC was approached by Channel 3 regarding hams assisting people to set up DTV installations. They were notified that the FCC and ARRL have advised hams not to do home installs due to liability issues.

New business - The Milwaukee Superfest and MARA swapfest are both coming up.

Upcoming programs - March - "Not your father's ARES anymore." April - Something on weather?

Buck Night - AB9FN, WB9UAX, KC9FMY (winner).
