BSSS - Badger State Smoke Signals
Smoke Signals is a monthly newspaper which provides the Wisconsin Ham Radio Community with News articles, Club Meeting information, Testing and Swapfest calendar, a WAPR packet column, repeater directory and more.Badger State Smoke Signals on the Web
Badger State Smoke Signals is taking its first step into a new era. The handwriting has been on the wall for some time that printing and mailing a paper version of Smoke Signals has been getting prohibitively expensive. Income from subscriptions and advertising hasn't kept up with these rising costs and, there is a limit to what price folks can be expected to pay for a monthly newspaper. The economics of Web publishing are quite different and there are other benefits, the chief being that Smoke Signals will be available to anyone in the world! Click on: http://www.bsss.org to check it out.
You can e-mail at smokesigs@baraboo.com.
